There are a variety of ways to track the number of cards your program is getting out to the community through volunteers and staff.  There are two different ways we track our work with the Window Covering Safety Council:

  1. Tracking Impressions Made by Advocates:  We created a question in Optima (our program database) as part of our Advocates' Monthly Report that asks how many WCSC Cards were distributed.
  2. Tracking Impressions Made Within the General Community:  We use a simple spreadsheet that tracks where and how cards were distributed, when press releases were sent out, when social media posts were made, etc.  CLICK HERE for a sample of the WCSC Campaign Tracking Spreadsheet we use here at CASA of Adams & Broomfield Counties.

Then, all you have to do is email your report to Mike Cienian at michael.cienian@hunterdouglas.com with the Window Covering Safety Council once a quarter.

Remember to use the various tools that have been conveniently provided for you in the Campaign Tool Kit above. Please feel free to contact Sara Boon for questions or help at sara@casa17th.com or 303.654.3378.
